Manhole and Impermeable Area Surveys

Comprehensive and accurate sewer records are essential. In addition, the accuracy of drainage area studies or the trouble shooting of sewerage problems, however large or small, is ultimately dependent on the accuracy of the base site data. AQS fully understand this and apply their commitment to providing the client with the most accurate data available.

AQS offer the necessary site and office quality control procedures for this to be realised. The services we can offer are as follows:

Full manhole surveys to STC25 standard including the production of sewer records and plans both hard copy and digitised to the clients specification.

Impermeable area surveys of a full area or a sample of that area, with the production of coloured plans to the client’s specification.

Connectivity surveys to establish connections within the drainage network.

CCTV surveys can then be used to identify the areas of cross contamination and misconnections.

Existing sewer records can be checked for errors and full manhole cards can be produced.

Outfall and catchment inspection for evidence of pollution.
